Blues Movement Intensive with Joy Arico

One goal of this course is to reinforce many basics of the blues in our own bodies first. We will also work on several solo blues moves that are fun partnered. You may or may not have heard the term "Blues Aesthetic" before. You may or may not believe in it. Joy builds all of her classes and concepts on the belief that there is an attainable, teachable "Blues Aesthetic." These basics and solo movements are designed to help each of us build it.
